Founders

MiningFeeds.com was founded by Matthew Earle (Mining Nerds) and Kirk Exner (Highgrade Review) to provide the mining investment community with quality information that is up-to-date and categorized for easy access.

Matt Earle, Co-Founder

Matthew Earle is a founding partner of MiningFeeds.com. In addition to MiningFeeds, Matt runs Reputation Guard Inc. an online reputation management consultancy firm. In 2005 Matt launched Mining Nerds, a website designed to provide data and information to the mining investment community. This website was merged with Highgrade Review in 2012 to form MiningFeeds.

Matt specializes in online reputation management, e-business development and search-engine optimization (SEO). Matt is a Google-certified Professional and has a B.Sc. Degree from the University of Toronto.

Kirk Exner, Co-Founder

Kirk Exner, President of Newcoast Capital Corp., is a founding partner of MiningFeeds.com and serves as the site's Managing Editor. Since 1998, Newcoast Capital has provided venture capital investment, corporate finance and consulting services to Canadian-listed public companies.

Previously, Mr. Exner served as a corporate finance analyst at a Canadian brokerage firm. Kirk holds a Masters in Business Administration from Schulich School of Business and a B.Sc. Degree from UBC. Professionally, he has 20 years experience in Canada's public equity markets and, through Newcoast Capital, has facilitated over $50 million in financing.
