It also owns a 100% interest in the Galileo and Hubble properties covering approximately 770 square kilometres located within the Blackwater-Davidson district. In addition, the company holds interests in the Tulox property covering 54 square kilometres in the Cariboo region; in the Aspira, Huge East, Megamine, and Polymet claims located in the Omineca, Cariboo, and Clinton Mining Divisions of British Columbia; and in 46 mineral claims comprising the Ana property in the Yukon territory, as well as in a mineral lease comprising the Mann Lake property in Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Patriot Resources Ltd. and changed its name to Amarc Resources Ltd. in January 1994. Amarc Resources Ltd. was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
