It holds 51% interest in the Bokoni mine consisting of 7 mining licenses covering an area of approximately 15,000 hectares located in the Sekhukhuneland district of the Limpopo province; 51% interest in the Ga-Phasha project located on the eastern limb of BIC; and the Boikgantsho and Kwanda projects situated on the northern limb of BIC. The company was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in Sandton, South Africa.
