ESO Uranium Corp. engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. The company primarily has interests in the Mikwam Property, which consist of a block of 50 contiguous claims located in Bradette and Noseworthy Townships in Ontario, and Dieppe Township in Quebec. It also has interests in the Saskatchewan mineral claims covering 326,329 acres in Northern Saskatchewan in areas of known uranium and other precious metals mineralization. The company was incorporated in July 2000 under the name Collingwood Solutions, Inc. and changed its name to Essendon Solutions, Inc. in October 2000. Subsequently, it changed its name to ESO Uranium Corp. in June 2005. ESO Uranium Corp. is based in Vancouver, Canada.
