International KRL Resources Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada. It primarily explores for uranium, copper, and gold in the Yukon Territory, Saskatchewan, Ontario and British Columbia. The company owns Copper Hill property, consisting of 906 units, covering 14,650 hectares, situated west of Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada; and Carswell property comprising 2,425.50 hectares, located on the Carswell Dome in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan. It also owns Bear River property consisting of 3 mineral claims representing 31 units, covering approximately 775 hectares, located in the Skeena Mining Division of British Columbia. In addition, International KRL owns Nor property comprising 236 contiguous mining claims, covering approximately 48 square kilometers, situated in the Northern part of the Yukon Territory. The company was incorporated in 1978 as Kingdom Resources, Ltd. and changed its name to KRL Resources Corp in 1989. Later, the name was changed to KRL Resources Corp in 2002. International KRL is based in Vancouver, Canada.
