The company has a right to acquire a 100% interest in the Carrizal property, comprising 1,496 hectares located in San Juan province Argentina; and 100% interest in Manantiales Property located in San Juan province Argentina. It also has stake in Alto Rio Chubut Project, comprising 5 properties in the Rio Negro province; and owns Valle Daza project, covering approximately 140 square kilometers located in La Pampa province, as well as has an option to acquire 50% interest in Amarillo properties situated in San Juan province. In addition, the company has 3 option agreements to acquire a group of 7 properties, including the Cerro Covadonga, El Mendiano, Dos Amigos, Tembrao, Pailiman, Rosita, and Aliarrza properties located in Rio Negro and Santa Cruz Provinces, Argentina.
