Its British Columbia properties consist of various silver properties located in the Interior of the province; and the Teihsum River gold project comprising 44 claim units in the Nanaimo Mining Division on northern Vancouver Island. The company?s Saskatchewan properties include coal properties covering an area of 23,040 acres in east central Saskatchewan near Tobin Lake, as well as coal properties comprising an area of 46,080 acres located to the southwest of Wapawekka Lake and southeast of Lac La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Its Manitoba properties consist of coal properties covering two sections of land in west central Manitoba. The company was formerly known as Red Lake Resources Inc. and changed its name to Silver Fields Resources Inc. in December 2006. Silver Fields Resources Inc. was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
