The Aucapampa property is located in the country of Peru on the west coast of South America, comprising 2,970 hectares of mining concessions; and Las Princesas property is located approximately 140 kilometres from the City Trujillo, which consists of 1,050 hectares of mining concessions. The company also owns Azulcocha Property, which is located approximately 260 kilometres east from the City of Lima on the two-lane Carretera Central highway, comprising 1,744 hectares of mining concessions, as well as has an option to purchase the Aurora copper-molybdenum project and holds 13,900 hectares of uranium concessions. The company is based in Toronto, Canada.
