Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTCQX:GMGMF) announced it has signed a global distribution agreement with Curran International for its THERMAL-XR coating technology, including exclusive application services targeting the oil and gas and LNG sectors.

Under the agreement, Curran International will distribute THERMAL-XR globally and provide exclusive application services for use within oil and gas and LNG infrastructure. The company specializes in heat transfer technologies and has worked with major energy companies including ExxonMobil, BP, Chevron, Shell, Saudi Aramco, Total, and others across the sector.

Curran International operates field service teams in multiple regions, including Houston, Edmonton, Jubail, Rotterdam, Gujarat, and Singapore.

The company reports it has completed more than 250,000 projects over the past 45 years providing heat transfer equipment solutions.

Ed Curran, Curran International CEO, said the company expects the partnership to support deployment of GMG’s coating technology across its client base.

“We look forward to working with GMG and bringing GMG's THERMAL-XR graphene coating technology to our existing and new clients,” he said, adding that the combination of heat transfer properties and corrosion resistance “makes THERMAL-XR a very compelling proposition for the Oil and Gas/LNG Industry.”

GMG CEO Craig Nicol said the agreement expands the company’s commercial reach. “We look forward to working with Ed and his amazing team at Curran International,” he said, noting the firm’s established presence in the oil and gas services market.
