The company's flagship project is the Diagras diamond project located in the north-eastern part of the prolific Lac de Gras kimberlite field. The company was formerly known as Arctic Star Diamond Corp. and changed its name to Arctic Star Exploration Corp. in July 2011. Arctic Star Exploration Corp. was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
