Company Description
Energy Fuels (TSX: EFR) is an advanced uranium and vanadium development company, actively consolidating highly prospective mining properties in the Western United States. Energy Fuels is also developing the Piñon Ridge Mill in the heart of the Uravan Mineral Belt, the most historically important uranium district in the United States. The Piñon Ridge Mill will be the first conventional uranium and vanadium mill built in the United States in over 30-years. The company\\\'s mineral property portfolio consists of three properties: Burnt Pond option in the central Newfoundland; and Goldrea and Beaufield options located in the Raglan Area, Quebec in Canada. It also has lease options on two uranium/vanadium properties consisting of approximately 16 claim blocks located in the Uravan mineral belt in the western Colorado. The company was formerly known as Energy Metals and changed its name in June 2006. Founded in 1987, Energy Fuels is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
