Company Description
New Millennium Iron Corp. engages in the exploration and development of magnetic iron ore deposits in Canada. It has interests in the Millennium Iron Range, including an 80% interest in the LabMag iron ore project near Howells River, Newfoundland and Labrador; and a 100% interest in the KeMag iron ore project near Lac Harris, Quebec. The company also holds a 100% interest in properties covering various direct shipping ore deposits in Quebec and Labrador. It has a strategic partnership with Tata Steel. The company was formerly known as New Millennium Capital Corp. and changed its name to New Millennium Iron Corp. on June 14, 2011. New Millennium Iron Corp. was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
